Kids Day Out. Free entry. Beautiful green lawns for children to run around on. Free rides for them too. An icecream van ( $24 for 3 ice creams and 2 slushies) and facepainting. It's a perfect day weatherwise.

Great day guys!! Good food, horses and a great atmosphere. Cheers to the kitchen staff for the tasty menu and prompt service. Thank you to all the other staff for helping me with access in my wheelchair. I had such a great day out at the Northam races.thabks crew. Next time I might try a seat in the downstairs bar a little closer to the action.

Enjoyed the drive and our roast beef sandwich. The staff were all friendly it was a good crowd. Plus nice to have a winner.

Maybe im spoilt but my experience of this place is shambolic compared to racecourses i have visited around australia, the food is overpriced roadhouse food at best if i ever venture into northam again i saw a mcdonalds i think il go there first. and as a punter its stupid there is a big wall of tv's with sky 1 & 2 but no sound and when you watch the local race you hear the caller and the tv from sky chanel doesnt match its about 5 seconds behind very confusing! the layout of the bar grandstand is a bit wierd as well we felt we were walking somewhere all day to see the horses or get a drink or have a bet with No sound. My overall review of northam races Poor 1 star i dont know who runs it but you need to lift your game its messy and Very Old School maybe technology hasnt made its way to northam yet
